One of the quickest and easiest ways to contact us is through our Patient Portal. You'll be able to chat with us directly as well as link to your pet's medical records, request refills of prescriptions or download your pet's vaccine history as well as other important medical information needed by boarding facilities, landlords, etc.

MOBILE APP. We have an App for that! The MyPetsWellness App, is available in the Apple Store and at Google Play for Android. You'll be able to see each pet's upcoming appointments, vaccine reminders, and prescriptions. You can even make a request to have prescriptions refilled. And you can upload your pet photos.
